The experience gained in more than 40 years of activity, the state-of-the-art machinery and a qualified staff, allow us to carry out mechanical machining with centesimal precision for our customers. There are three main departments: milling, turning, and grinding. Each department is entrusted to operators with decades of experience behind them and each process is carried out using the best materials.

Following the first contact with the customer, all the data and information needed to understand the peculiarities of the desired mechanical construction are collected. In the next phase, the machinery necessary to carry out the work is identified and the timing of all phases is defined, up to the delivery of the finished products.

A quote is then drawn up, indicating delivery times and processing prices. Then the construction phase takes place, taking into account the compliance of the products with the requirements indicated by the customer.

As a last step, there is the part concerning the tests, in which it is ensured that the finished products comply with the standards defined upstream.

Meccanica Oriente Srl avails itself of a warehouse equipped with a considerable quantity of raw materials used for mechanical processing, being the use of high strength and ductility raw materials one of the secrets for obtaining top quality results. The stock of raw materials is also sized to manage urgent customer requests. Among the materials that the company works there are:
